Myall and Co have been involved in this Housing New Zealand redevelopment out in Rangiora North Canterbury, engaged as the Consulting Surveyors by Buildtech. This project is a redevelopment of nine old state houses and replacing them with 28 modern units in Rangiora. The site has come a long way since we first did the initial survey set out in 2017. The first stage of the site has now been completed and Myall and Co are in the process of finalising the Unit Title Plans. The site will house 28 homes dedicated to the elderly. This community is going to be the first and largest of its kind for social housing in New Zealand and is a great asset for the community.
