Our projects cover a broad range of disciplines from rural lifestyle blocks to large scale urban residential developments, the set out of new residential housing to managing the spatial data and setout on high value commercial developments and everything inbetween. We oversee our projects through the whole life cycle specialising in subdivision design, cadastral & construction surveying, civil engineering design, town planning, & project management.

Director / Surveyor
As a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor Mark provides specialist advice & project management to all subdivisions, civil design, spatial surveying, & resource consent projects for all facets of land development. Mark is a passionate Cantabrian who enjoys getting into the mountains or out on the water in his spare time.
Rita is a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with a passion for boundary definition and all things spatial. After graduating from Otago University in 2008 Rita has spent the majority of her time surveying within the Canterbury region. Rita is an enthusiastic member of the Christchurch Pops Choir and enjoys getting outdoors in the Canterbury region.
Willem van der Kaag
Willem is a Graduate Surveyor with a passion for the outdoors. Willem graduated from Otago University with Credit in 2017 and has fast become our go to field surveyor. When not out in the field or in the office surveying Willem can be found in the outdoors skiing, mountain biking, surfing, or tramping.
With a vast amount of experience in account management and administration, Bonnie handles our accounts and provides support to keep the office running smoothly. When shes not in the office Bonnie is either likely to be on the netball court or taking her son Caden to the beach.
