Topographical surveying is essentially creating an up to date three dimensional map of an area and can include features both above and below the ground. Topographical surveys build the foundation for future design and are heavily relied upon by Architects, Engineers, and Landscape Architects. This survey was completed for our client located in Christchurch CBD to provide an accurate map of the current residence and allow for future architectural design of this beautiful property. The site was being considered for future development as a not-for-profit childcare centre.
