Established in 2015, Myall & Co are a boutique consultancy that provides a fresh approach to land development based on exceptional client service.

Our projects cover a broad range of disciplines from rural lifestyle blocks to large scale urban residential developments, the set out of new residential housing to managing the spatial data and setout on high value commercial developments. We oversee our projects through the whole life cycle specialising in subdivision design, cadastral & construction surveying, civil engineering design, town planning, & project management.

Mark Myall

Director

As Managing Director and a Licensed Surveyor Mark provides specialist advice & project management to all subdivisions, civil design, spatial surveying, & town planning. Mark particularly enjoys large scale land development projects. Mark is a passionate Cantabrian and family man who enjoys getting into the mountains or out on the water in his spare time.

Rita Clark

Survey Manager

As a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with over 12 years experience Rita is a specialist surveyor & project manager. When not leading projects or mentoring junior staff Rita enjoys hiking around the Port Hills and is a valuable member of the Christchurch Vocal Collective.

Jeremy Hunt

Land Surveyor

Jeremy is a Land Surveyor with a passion for the outdoors. Jeremy graduated from Otago University in 2017 and has fast become a valuable member of the team. When not out surveying Jeremy enjoys getting into the outdoors skiing, mountain biking, surfing, or tramping.

Bonnie Pethig

Accounts & Administration

With a vast amount of experience in account management and administration, Bonnie handles our accounts and provides support to keep the office running smoothly. When not in the office Bonnie is either likely to be on the netball court or taking her son Caden to the BMX track.

Tim Dodd

Engineer / Planner

Tim graduated from Canterbury University with a Bachelor of Engineering in 2020. Tim has a passion for wetland design and conservation. When not in the office Tim can be found hiking around the Canterbury High Country or coordinating the University Drama club.

Sam Clark

Survey Technician

With over 8 years experience working as a Survey Technician in a multi-disciplinary environment Sam brings sound technical skills to the team. In his spare time Sam is either in the midst of a renovation project or out in the hills on his mountain bike.

Oscar

Loyal Office/Field Dog

With over 5 years experience in the industry Oscar's enthusiasm for the outdoors is second to none. He is always eager to head out with a field crew and is especially good at sniffing out old pegs. When not assisting the survey team Oscar can be found chasing sticks at the beach or lazily sleeping in the sun.
