Olivefields Subdivision is a 140 lot residential subdivision located in the heart of Rolleston, Canterbury. Myall & Co were engaged as the lead consultants undertaking the Urban Design, Planning, Civil Engineering Design, Landscape Architecture, Contract Administration, Tendering, Engineering Supervision, & Land Surveying.
Titles for Stage 1 were issued in April 2020 with Titles for Stage 2 due in December 2020. The well thought out design and high quality construction and landscaping have ensured that the development has completely sold out to the end of Stage 4.
